During Minsik's time at Energy Architecture, he designed multiple new manufacturing plants for Baker Hughes that reflected the company’s advanced industrial capabilities while providing a functional, modern, and scalable environment. The design features a high-performance steel structure wrapped in a sleek composition of concrete panels and metal cladding, emphasizing efficiency, durability, and visual clarity.
The facility includes multiple high-bay production halls, precision loading docks, and integrated support spaces. Its layout optimizes workflow and material logistics, while the main façade introduces a streamlined entry point with clerestory glazing and warm-toned finishes to welcome staff and visitors. The site is designed with trailer parking, staging zones, and circulation routes to accommodate heavy industrial traffic, framed by restrained landscaping and infrastructure-forward detailing.
